The vehicle is estimated to be priced from RM118,000 to RM123,000 and will make its official debut in Malaysia sometime in the fourth quarter this year.

The French carmaker built the Captur on its new Clio hatchback’s platform while rolling on 17-inch wheels with 205/55 series tyres and comes in measuring 4,122mm-long, 1,770mm-wide and 1,573mm-tall.
With plenty of curves for its sheet metal and sporting daytime running lights, the Captur’s power comes from its Turbo Control Efficiency (TCe) 120 1.2-litre engine with Eco-mode that’s mated to a six-speed Efficient Dual-Clutch (EDC) transmission.

The European New Car Assessment Programme (EuroNCAP), which crash tests all vehicles being sold in the European Union has accorded the Captur with the full five-star crash test rating.
Its safety features include four airbags, anti-lock braking system, electronic stability control with roll movement intervention, hill start assist, and emergency brake assist.

The centre console features a seven-inch touchscreen that has AUX and USB ports as well as Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation and a reverse camera.

Last but not least, the Captur also features three removable seat-covers (depending on variants) in Orange, Blue and Ivory Black, which has a zip and velcro system to allow the covers to be removed them with ease.
“Compact on the outside, yet spacious and versatile on the inside, it is particularly suited for today’s modern men and women,” said TC Euro Cars CEO Kian Kim Luen.
