KUALA LUMPUR: As a lead up to the upcoming Shell Motorcycle Grand Prix, Shell Malaysia hosted a meet-and-greet session for Ducati and MotoGP fans with Ducati MotoGP factory team riders, Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci, at the Shell KLIA station.

Dovizioso hails from Italy and 2019 marks his twelfth season in MotoGP. He finished the last MotoGP season as runner-up for the second consecutive year, with four wins and nine podiums overall.

Joining Dovizioso is fellow country man, Petrucci who showed steady growth over the past four years with the factory-supported Pramac Racing Team, earning himself a position with the Ducati Team this year.

The Shell KLIA station which accommodated this meet and greet featured a Ducati takeover with a bespoke store front and a petrol pump island to entice patrons and create excitement towards the upcoming MotoGP race.
