Jain says Volvo aims to set up more dealerships nationwide as part of its growth plan.
PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Swedish Auto Sdn Bhd has become a Volvo dealer.
The company, a subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad, Volvo Car Malaysia, will set up its first 3S outlet in Ara Damansara here, which will open in the coming months.
Sime Darby Swedish Auto’s appointment comes as Volvo Car Malaysia expands its dealership network nationwide in line with the second phase of the brand’s transformation plan.
Volvo Car Malaysia managing director Nalin Jain said setting up more showrooms and service centres would make its products more accessible to customers and future prospects.
“Volvo Cars has seen a strong resurgence with a bevy of attractive product offerings that has converted an increasing number of fans,” said Sime Darby Swedish Auto dealer principal Jeremy Chong.
