The centre was opened in March to facilitate the after sales support of Tata owners in the Klang Valley as well as neighbouring areas.
The 30,000 square feet facility houses a showroom at the front that can display up to three vehicles and features a customer lounge with refreshments and wifi, while the rear features 12 service bays and a spare parts room.
Furthermore, there’s also an overhaul room to perform engine and gearbox overhauls, lubricating and a diagnostic room.
DHCV head of operations Datuk Hisham Othman said that they are committed to ensure Tata vehicle owners receive the best quality service throughout Malaysia, which includes covering accident repairs, spray-painting and accessory fittings.
Other services also includes periodic inspection services, such as smoke test, engine inspection and tyre checks.
At current, DHCV targets to sell 300 trucks annually and has a total of seven dealers located in Selangor, Perak, Negri Sembilan, Johor and Sabah with plans of increasing to 20 3S centres by mid-2016.
“What is important at the moment is that people are aware of Tata brand as well as its durability, we would like to reiterate that we are also here to stay in both good times and bad, said Hisham.
