The new mobile app provides a real-time convenience for owners to schedule their vehicle's maintenance and is available free of charge via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
As part of the launch campaign, the first 5,000 successful app download and registration by Nissan, Renault and Infiniti owners will receive a 5% discount for vehicle parts by TCEAS.
Such conveniences include scheduling service appointments via a live-view of available service slots.
Users of the app are also able to locate one of TCEAS 60 service centres through the app, set a favourite and receive navigation directions to the preferred centre.
Also, appoints for the Takata airbag inflator recall campaign can also be made through the app.
The app allows the owner the ability to record, store, view and track their vehicle's service history.
Information on each service is also available in terms of service package information, parts and price estimation in advance.
It also comes with service reminders when the service date nears and can notify its owner once the vehicle is ready for collection.
The app provides access to 24-hour emergency roadside assistance and a call centre for vehicle-related assistance as well as ‘Do’s & Don’ts’ information in the event of an accident.
App-only promotions, as well as upcoming events, will also be forwarded to owners and includes offers to obtain GoCar services while their vehicle is undergoing maintenance.
This includes reading materials via its inbuilt 'Drive On' e-magazine that provides the latest Nissan news and developments, tips on driving
and maintenance as well as other topics of interest.
Additionally, multiple vehicles owned by the same person can also be registered in the app.
