The sports edition Vios is street legal and is available for a limited time (while stocks last) and is priced on-the-road with GST without insurance at RM85,300 and is covered by a five-year warranty with unlimited mileage.

Externally, there are stripes covering about 40% of the bodywork (much like the race-prepared cars), five-part custom-designed Aerokit (front bumper, side skirts, rear wing boot spoiler), blacked-out wheels and a 27mm-lowered sports suspension.
Inside, the sporty design is extended to the fabric seats with the Sports Edition emblem found on the exclusive carpet mats. There's also a sports gear knob and amber illumination for the scuff plates and front footwells.
Optional extras include a panoramic view monitor, digital video recorder, 6.8-inch DVD-AVX touchscreen with touchscreen, radio tuner, MP3 file compatibility, voice recognition capability, AUX and USB ports, Bluetooth and a reverse camera or a 7.0-inch DVD-AVN touchscreen that adds on smartphone connectivity, Wi-Fi, internet browser, voice recognition, HDMI port and navigation.
Other options include the Toyota Premium Security Solar Film or just the Toyota Essential Solar Film - all tints offered by UMWT meets JPJ regulations and is fully compatibility with SmartTag units).
All accessories are installed at UMWT’s own Accessories Centre and are covered by a warranty (terms and conditions apply).
Under the hood, the engine remains stock standard, while safety includes antilock braking system, traction control, vehicle stability control, electronic brakeforce distribution and brake assist.
Those who purchase the special edition Vios will receive complimentary Sports Edition merchandise which consists of a Toyota Gazoo Racing polo shirt and cap that can be customised with their name, and a Sports Edition tumbler.
