TVS is known for producing the popular BMW G 310 R and BMW G 310 GS, with BMW Motorrad.
Recently, Daju Motors, the official importer and distributor of TVS, launched two TVS motorcycle models.
The two TVS motorcycles are the Apache RTR200 4V RACE Edition 2.0 (priced from RM10,950) and Neo X3i (price to be announced soon).
The Apache RTR200 runs on a 198cc single-cylinder, oil cooled and race-derived O3C engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The bike offers 20.7bhp at 8,500rpm and 18.1Nm of torque at 7,000rpm.
Its chassis design is a split cradle chassis, which is largely influenced by racing bikes and its KYB monoshock is race tuned.
Meanwhile, the Neo X3i has a "kap chai" design and runs on a 109.77cc, air cooled single-cylinder, SOHC engine producing 8.5hp at 8,000rpm and 8.5Nm of torque at 4,500rpm.
The Neo X3i has a four-speed gearbox, and is designed with a spacious compartment under the saddle, and a charging port for handheld devices like mobile phones.
