KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) is giving Malaysians the opportunity to drive home a brand-new Beetle 1.2 TSI in its "Win the Icon" Instagram contest.
The contest is open to all Malaysians with a valid driver's license and will run from now until Nov 30 with the winner to be announced in December.
Participants only need to test drive a Volkswagen model at any authorized dealership and document their experience in a one-minute video.
Furthermore, participants will need to complete the slogan "My #BetterExperiencedThanExplained story is…".
Also, follow and tag @VolkswagenMalaysia as well as ensure that the Instagram profile has been set to "public" before posting it up.
The Beetle was designed by Ferdinand Porsche in 1938 and, to date, over 21.5mil units have been sold globally to make it one of the best-selling cars of the 20th century.
However, after three generations, Volkswagen decided to cease production of the Beetle in July 2019.
