SEREMBAN: Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) and HICOM Auto today welcomes the latest addition to the Volkswagen network – the Volkswagen Seremban 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) Centre.
The new RM1.5mil centre makes it the only one in Negeri Sembilan, as well as HICOM Auto's second after Volkswagen Semenyih, and is located at the Oakland Industrial area - an automotive hub in Seremban.
With a total area of 24,735 sq ft, the showroom floor is able to fit eight cars, while housing a guest lounge for the convenience of customers.
The service centre at the rear can acomodate up to 20 cars per day with its 13 service bays and 18 aftersales staff.
Operating hours for the new new centre are from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 7.00pm, Sunday and Public Holidays from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
aftersales services operate from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and 8.30am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.
Based on its current location, it is also able to cater to the needs of customers in Seremban 2 as well.
As an added value service, the new 3S centre also provides “Pick Up & Drop Off” service for customers living within a 5km radius from the centre.
Additionally, customers can also request for sales advisors to deliver their new vehicles to their home or office.
