The opening affirms Volvo Car Malaysia’s commitment to better service its customers by expanding its dealer network and put in place measures to improve overall customer experience.
“Since we started the transformation plan, we have seen a tremendous upvote from our customers based on the surveys conducted. As a people-centric brand, this is an important indicator that we are heading in the right direction,” said the Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia, Lennart Stegland.

To date, Volvo Car Malaysia has 11 dealerships across the country with five servicing customers within Greater Kuala Lumpur.
This year, Volvo Car Malaysia intends to secure more locations throughout the country.
Strategically located at the border between Shah Alam and Klang, Volvo Setia Alam will adhere to Volvo’s global showroom and service standards called Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) standard – Volvo’s customer-centric and Scandinavian-inspired approach of selling cars.
“Both Klang and Shah Alam are matured townships with great market potential for luxury car brands. We are happy to be a part of the Volvo Cars and we are confident that Volvo’s new model line-up will appeal to this demographic,” said the managing director of Motion Beyond, Joshua Lee.
Volvo Setia Alam showroom opens from 9am till 7pm from Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 5:30pm on Sundays and public holidays. The service centre opens from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and closes on Sundays and public holidays.
