The service pricing guide - which is available on the Volkswagen website, is meant to help owners in understanding the maintenance cost of their cars.
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia managing director Erik Winter urged owners whose Volkswagen cars are due for service to make an appointment at their respective service centres and to take advantage of the 0% tax holiday.
“Our commitment to our customers extends to our efforts in maintaining a strong level of transparency when it comes to owning a Volkswagen car, hence the availability of the service pricing guide,” he added.
The company has been working to improve the car ownership experience. Part of this move was the introduction of the three-year free maintenance programme in early 2018 and the five-year manufacturer’s warranty and five-year roadside assistance offered on all models.
