WOLFSBURG: Volkswagen has just announced that its Polo-based T-Cross will make its world premiere on Thursday.
In concert with that, it has released a teaser video yesterday showing the interior of the all-new SUV, the smallest in the VW line-up.
The rear tail lamp design will echo the look of the front end with a distinctive LED signature.
Like the Polo hatchback, the T-Cross will have a fully digital instrument cluster and a similar interior layout.
Available engines for the MQB A0-based SUV are the 1.0-litre three-cylinder mill and a 1.5-litre turbocharged version. Some markets will also get the fuel-sipping 1.6-litre Diesel engine.
The T-Cross will be front-wheel driven and there's a possibility a 4-wheel drive version may be offered.
