SHAH ALAM: Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad's (Eon) first body & paint hub is also one of the nation's largest.
Located in Glenmarie, the 41,508 sqft centre is equipped with modern repair technology and supported by trained professional staff features 39 bays, three paint mixing rooms, and four spray booths.
The hub accepts accident repair claims from all insurance companies in Malaysia and supports Eon's multi-brand automotive operations by serving customers across Proton, Mitsubishi, Audi and the 'smart' electric vehicles - with Proton e.Mas set to join the portfolio soon.

Eon says this integrated capability enables the company to further strengthen its aftersales support and provide customers with a convenient, dependable solution for their vehicle care needs across its operating brands.
It added that the launch marks another milestone in Eon’s continued transformation into a more customer-centric mobility partner by offering a seamless solution for customers requiring accident repairs, body restoration, paint refinishing and related services.
Chief executive officer Akkbar Danial said the company believes that every touchpoint throughout the ownership journey is an opportunity for Eon to deliver value, build trust, and create meaningful experiences - with the new hub enabling them to fulfil this.

“Eon's relationship with customers do not end when a new vehicle drives out of the showroom. The hub fully complies with Eon’s procedures and processes, ensuring high quality and comprehensive after sales service for our customers,” he added.
Eon is also said to be exploring opportunities to expand its body & paint hub network, with future expansion plans in the pipeline.
The company will focus on strategic locations where Eon has an established multi-brand presence. This allows them to leverage its existing network, strengthen service accessibility and better support customers across its automotive portfolio.
