KUALA LUMPUR: The new Tesla Roadster, designed to be the best of the last human-driven car, is now opened for reservation in Malaysia.
The design of Roadster is inspired by SR-71 and F-35 to be a true pilot’s car and capable of next-level performance.
Also, the Roadster can give the driver a revolutionary experience with SpaceX components.
The new Roadster is now available to reserve online at https://www.tesla.com/en_my/roadster/reserve#payment.
Production will start in 2028 with left hand drive vehicles only.

Meanwhile, Tesla has announced V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) Powershare and an updated interior and hardware for Model 3.
With V2L Powershare in every new Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L, all Tesla vehicles are now V2L capable.
All eligible Tesla vehicles can use the Tesla Outlet Adapter to turn the vehicle’s charge port into a 230V (up to 13A)2 outlet, which is enough for lamps, power tools and small appliances.
Every Model 3 now includes a black headliner and a larger 16-inch centre touchscreen.
The new Zen Grey interior and 19-inch Dark Nova wheels are also available during configuration.
Like every Tesla, Model 3 has earned top safety ratings from leading global organisations, including NHTSA and IIHS (United States), Euro NCAP (Europe), ANCAP (Australia and New Zealand), and C-IASI (China).
Also, Model 3 offers a range of up to 750km (WLTP) and 0-100kph acceleration as fast as 3.1 seconds.
Monthly payments start from RM1,148 per month.

Tesla Malaysia has developed 21 Supercharger sites (92 Superchargers) and 18 Destination Charging sites (78 Wall Connectors) across the country.
Six additional charging sites are coming soon by end of 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Seremban and Penang.
Tesla has enabled over 13,000 households in Malaysia to enjoy the convenience of charging at home.
Also, Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L are eligible for Tesla’s Refer and Earn programme.
Tesla owners can share their personal referral link with friends and family and earn awards when the referrals complete a qualifying purchase.
Awards may be redeemed for Supercharging credits, software upgrades and more.
