LONDON: The Omoda 5 SHS-H marks the introduction of Omoda UK’s first full-hybrid model.
Offered in two trim levels – Knight and Noble, UK customer deliveries are expected to begin in March 2026.
The 5 SHS-H offers drivers an efficient electrified alternative without the need to plug in.
Powered by a 1.5-litre turbo petrol full-hybrid system paired with a dedicated DHT automatic transmission, the 5 SHS-H delivers a combined power output of up to 150kW, and front-wheel-drive performance.
Equipped with a 1.83kW battery and 51-litre fuel tank, the 5 SHS-H delivers a total driving range of over 650 miles (1,046km) and up to 53 mpg (WLTP) or 4.4 litres per 100km.
Acceleration from 0–62 mph (0 to 100kph) takes just 7.9 seconds.
Visually, the 5 SHS-H has an all-new front grille and bumper design and refreshed alloy wheel styling for 2026.
The Knight trim level has features including 18-inch alloy wheels, full LED lighting, dual 12.3-inch digital displays, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, intelligent voice control and a comprehensive suite of advanced driver assistance and safety systems.
The Noble trim level adds features such as a 540-degree surround-view camera, an eight-speaker Sony audio system, ambient interior lighting, heated and ventilated front seats, and additional convenience features.
