KUALA LUMPUR: Drivers can now officially refuel at Shell stations at the Budi95 subsidised rate through the use of the company's app.
The integration allows customers to access their fuel subsidy directly through the Shell App by completing a simple one-time Touch' n Go (TNG) eWallet eKYC verification.
Once verified, they can tap the Budi95 button and pay for fuel securely within the app to enjoy their subsidised rate instantly.
Additionally, Shell is giving away a total of RM2 million worth of vouchers to Malaysians as part of its latest campaign to celebrate the milestone.
Customers who bind their Shell app to their TNG eWallet eKYC and complete Budi95 fuel transactions with a minimum of RM10 will automatically receive a RM5 Shell voucher to the app.
Those new to the Shell App get to enjoy an additional RM5 voucher as a welcome gift.
Shell App users also stand a chance to win free fuel for three years with the purchase of selected Shell Helix or Shell Advance lubricants at any Shell station.
Doing so will net them a special voucher that can be redeemed in the Shell App. This will automatically enroll the customer to the Free Fuels Contest.
Shell Mobility and Convenience Malaysia general manager Seow Lee Ming believes the enhanced Shell App with Budi95 will help Malaysians who are looking for ways to maximise every ringgit.
"Today’s latest Shell App enhancement brings together everything Malaysians need in one place – from secure payments and personalised offers to quick access to Budi95.
"By combining convenience with amazing rewards, we aim to make the fueling experience not only simpler but genuinely more worthwhile.
