KUALA LUMPUR: PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) and its dealer partner Goh Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd today announced the reopening of Audi Centre Setia Alam.
Four storeys high, the 4S facility houses multiple functions under one roof – sales, service, spare parts, and body and paint.
Audi Centre Setia Alam occupies 60,000sq ft of space.
Based on the Audi Terminal architectural concept, the design is contemporary, with a warm and inviting ambience.
Furthermore, the finishes, furniture, and lighting add a modern touch to provide a timeless interior design.
The showroom can accommodate 12 display units, and its dedicated sales staff is present to see to customer needs.
The double-storey Service Centre, meanwhile, houses 17 bays capable of servicing 34 cars a day and is manned by experienced and trained aftersales staff.
PHSAM managing director Erik Winter said customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything the company does.

For the convenience of customers, the Audi Centre is equipped with facilities such as a customer lounge with Wi-Fi connection and a refreshed sales delivery area (for personal experience).
Those servicing their Audi vehicles are also welcome to enjoy the pick-up and delivery service made
available.
To celebrate the occasion, Audi Centre Setia Alam invites owners who have not visited the service centre in the past six months to a complimentary 20-point safety diagnostic and health check.
Worth RM300, the offer is valid till Aug 31.
Official Audi cars are supported with three years free maintenance, five years unlimited mileage warranty and five years roadside assistance.

Sales operations are from Monday to Sunday, (8:30am–5:30pm), while aftersales services are open from Monday to Saturday (8:30am–5:30pm).
The Audi Centre is closed on public holidays.
