PETALING JAYA: The much anticipated X50 will launch this coming Tuesday and we will finally know the actual prices Proton will charge for the four variants.
The Covid-19 crisis has meant the X50 would make its official debut through Facebook livestreaming at 10.50am on that day.
To whip up further excitement for the SUV, Proton has recently released four new promotional video clips on its latest model that focus on its performance, design, infotainment and safety.
Connectivity is one of the X50's strongest selling points and Proton is keen to highlight the availability of such features as Voice Command, Remote Engine Start via the PROTON Link App, Online Music Streaming and access via a LCD touchscreen-based infotainment head unit.
Shown in the videos is the top-of-the-line X50 Flagship, which we tried not too long ago during a media drive. Under the bonnet is a 1.5-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged direct fuel injection engine that cranks out 175hp and 255Nm of torque.
