KUALA LUMPUR: Today marks the last day of the 2017 CarSifu Auto Show and there's simply no shortage of visitors trying to get a glimpse of the vehicles on exhibit before the weekend comes to a close.

With many coming to the overwhelmingly successful show to compare their ride, deduce their likings or even decide on the possibilities of making a purchase, some have arrived to simply enjoy the variety of vehicles the show has to offer.

This was the case for 10 year-old Neeraj Nadhav who made his first stop with his parents, Roshan Gunalan and Poorani Ananda Krishnan, to take a look at the latest Mazda3 with G-Vectoring Control.

“Actually my favourite car is a Ferrari!” quipped Neeraaj Madhav, who subsequently got even more excited after he was told that there were more cars up ahead.

“My son is really into cars, so since the show’s here, I thought we should let him have a look around,” said the boy’s father.

Attending the show, Jane Chong, 34, a finance supervisor along with her husband, Ng , it was all about seeking out possible upgrades.

“I’ve been driving a KIA Forte 1.6 for about five years now and I think it’s about time for a change,” as she inspected the Mazda3’s look and feel.

But for New Yoong Chee who’s been driving around in his 15 year-old Honda CR-V, it's not about what he wants.

“My parents are old now and I’d really like to get them something new to use first, before upgrading my car,” said the 41-year-old company director who was seen looking at the new Peugeot Traveller multipurpose vehicle.

As for Ng Kok Fai, 31, and wife Kor Li Peng, 33, who are currently expecting their first child, the trip to show was to take a look at the diesel-powered KIA Grand Carnival.

“I’ve heard quite a few good things about the Carnival from a friend who bought one recently. It’s not only powerful, but also feature packed,” said the digital marketeer.

“So today I’ve brought my wife along to take a look and so far it seems that she likes it,” said the digital marketeer.
