The prices of RON97 and RON95 petrol are both up five sen to RM1.98 and RM1.68 per litre respectively while diesel will get an increase of 4 sen to RM1.71 per litre.
“The government will continue to monitor the impact of global crude oil price changes and take appropriate measures to ensure the welfare and well-being of the people, ” said the ministry.
