The promotion, from July 1 to Aug 31, is applicable to 16 to 19-inch sizes of the tyre and gets accompanied with a voucher rebate of up to RM100 in the form of either Aeon’s shopping voucher, Lazada’s gift card or Grab’s e-promo code.
After purchasing the tyre during the promotion period, customers will need to log on to hankooktire.space or scan the QR code (which will be provided by the dealer or retailer where the purchase was made) to register their contact details.
Upon processing and approval, the selected voucher will be sent to the customer by SMS or postage, where applicable.
This promotion is being made available at all authorized Hankook Master dealers and retailers within Peninsula Malaysia and the cash voucher rebates are based on a first come first served basis while stocks last.
The South Korean tyremaker's flagship tyre was introduced in Malaysia towards the end of 2019 and is touted to be ideal for tropical weather conditions while providing a "perfect harmony between performance, comfort and safety".
The tyre comes with wide four channel grooves for better performance, safety and comfort in both dry and wet conditions.
When on dry roads, the tyre is said to provide an increased contact patch with the road and together with the enhanced stiffness in the tread's block, greater handling and braking performance are achieved.
During wet conditions, the tyre's silica compound comes into play to offer better steering response, improved traction and rolling resistance.
