Naza Premira streamlines sales and after sales-operations

PETALING JAYA: Naza Premira centralised three brands (Piaggio, Vespa and Aprilia) at the Piaggio Motoplex Concept Showroom at the Naza Automall, Petaling Jaya.

This will enhance the quality of sales experience for consumers in terms of giving them a total holistic view of the three brands, which are now housed under the same facility.

Naza Premira also streamlined its after-sales division for Piaggio Group products with the set up of the Naza Premira Technical Centre, situated within the Naza Automall, Petaling Jaya compound.

Alternatively, owners can also service their bikes at the authorised service centres nationwide.

All authorised service centres in Malaysia have been given a complete technical training from Naza Premira after-sales division and technical trainer from Piaggio Asia Pacific in Hanoi, Vietnam.

All authorised service centres are now equipped with an exclusive Piaggio Advance Diagnostic System (P.A.D.S) that can perform several technical analyses such as downloading the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Data that can be reset and reprogrammed while remapping and checking error code for any trouble shooting.

“By streamlining the after sales division we have gained good support from our authorised service centres hence there is an increment of 200 per cent for Piaggio brand parts sales nationwide. We are currently holding more than RM2 million worth of parts and accessories and our authorised dealers holding more than RM300,000 worth of parts and accessories."

The Piaggio Motoplex Concept Showroom will have its official launching in the second quarter of 2017.
