The new outlet of Minsoon Star, formerly known as Minsoon Credit Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, comes with the latest luxurious retail experience concept for customers in its commitment to enhance the No.1 premium automaker’s local presence and customer centric efforts nationwide.
The Seremban Autohaus, located on Jalan Haruan 2, Oakland Industrial Park, is managed by a team of 50 personnel team and spans close to 136,070sq ft of land area with plans for expansion into a 4S service centre by 2023.
The showroom floor spans over 13,149sq ft with 10 cars on display with luxury amenities such the Star Lounge and Mercedes-Benz Luxury accessories and collection boutique.
The lifestyle boutique offers a range of accessories, apparels, trendy sunglasses, elegant watches and many more.
Customers can now choose the right outfit to suit every occasion as well as the matching Mercedes-Benz accessories like belts, wallets, and cufflinks.
The outlet's service area takes up almost one third of the facility's total built up area, spanning over 17,431 sqft with a maximised service capacity of up to 700 cars a month.
Schedule service maintenance and major repairs are carried out by trained technicians equipped with complete and approved special tools from Mercedes-Benz.
Other service differentiation offerings range from Express Service 2.0, door-to-door and drop and go service booking, 24 HRS roadside and emergency assistance, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting along with insurance and warranty claims.
Minsoon Star, which commenced operations at the new location since July 2022 with total investment of over RM20mil in this new Autohaus and offers a wide range of demo vehicles including the latest C-Class and Mercedes-EQ.
It also has a dedicated area for Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles within the compound.
Also available at the new Autohaus are EV fast chargers, making it a convenient location for EV vehicles driving up north or down south to charge their vehicles.
