This 3,000 sq ft service centre is equipped with the state-of-the-art diagnosic tools and staffed by specialists trained by Piaggio in Italy.
The specialists can repair and service all sorts of engines - boxer, twin, V-Twin, V4 and those used in scooters.
The service centre is part of Motoplex Petaling Jaya feature.
At present, Motoplex Petaling Jaya is situated next to Gasket Alley and is under construction and scheduled to be operational in August.

Dealer Principal of Motoplex Petaling Jaya, Idon Pang, said the centre has spare parts for Piaggio, Vespa, Moto Guzzi and Aprilia from 1997 onwards.
"If the bike is older and built before 1997, their spare parts must be ordered from Piaggio in Italy," he said.
The service centre is able to accommodate 12 bikes a day for repair and maintenance work.
There are four bays and each has a dedicated technician.
This brand new facility also has a large customer lounge with a cafe bar which is fully air-conditioned.
An owner would be able to see work done on his bike in the service area from the lounge.
Aftersales assistant manager Nurzihan Mohd Ali said the service centre's goal was to complete servicing as fast as possible with a high level of quality.
“We want to ensure that they have a great customer experience. We will not settle anything less than that,” she said.
