SHAH ALAM: BMW Group Malaysia recently celebrated its 2015 financial year with the BMW Dealer Awards Night.
The awards ceremony recognised the efforts of the premium automaker’s network of dealers and individuals for their contribution in achieving steady business growth for the BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands in 2015.
Han Sang Yun, managing director and CEO of BMW Group Malaysia said, “Our steady growth in 2015 would not have been possible without the continued and growing support of our strong dealership network. We look forward to stronger growth in 2016 as we celebrate the 100th Year Anniversary of the BMW Group worldwide.”
The evening witnessed recognition of individual accomplishments through the BMW Vision Club which honoured 20 top achieving individuals in the levels of Head of Sales and Sales Advisor.
There were also presentations of awards for the BMW Excellence Club for dealer principals, and outstanding performances in the areas of Aftersales.
It also celebrated the success of MINI with the MINI Top Dealership Award.
Also, the Best Overall CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Score Award was presented in the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond categories to Ingress Auto Puchong, Tian Siang Premium Auto Butterworth, and Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi respectively.
