SINGAPORE: The grand prize of a new Subaru XV 2.0 i-S was won by Nguyen Phuoc Huynh in the recent MediaCorp Subaru Car Challenge 2015 in Singapore.

About 400 competitors, with 320 from Singapore and the rest from the region, had to keep their palm on a Subaru car - the last person standing wins the grand prize.

The 33-year-old engineer from Vietnam had clocked in 77 hours and 58 minutes at Ngee Ann City's Civic Plaza to win the grand prize, after enduring extreme fatigue and sleep deprivation over four days.

Phuoc Huynh also clinched the title of Asian Winner and walked away with additional S$5,000 (RM15,330) cash for his feat.
