KUALA LUMPUR: Budding and existing Volkswagen owners are now able to visit a new 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre in the Sri Hartamas area.
Volkswagen Sri Hartamas, operated by FA Wagen, expands the number of 3S outlets in Malaysia to 27 together with six 4S centres.
The new RM5mil three-level facility has a built-up area of over 30,670 square feet where new and existing owners are able to seek quick and general service, diagnostics and major repair services.
With Volkswagen-approved diagnostic tools and equipment, the new facility houses eight service bays manned by 15 experienced and certified technicians and has a capacity of servicing a minimum of 30 cars per day.
The new facility is located at Lot 58464, Jalan Sri Hartamas 22/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480, Kuala Lumpur.
Operating hours from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays are from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
As for after sales, it operates from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.45pm and on Saturdays, from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
