Safety features include anti-lock braking system and electronic stability programme.

The all-new cab structure of the FH Series has undergone over a thousand simulated crashes in Sweden and this exceeds stringent requirements by transport safety authorities.

The FH Series is said to be built with drivers’ comfort in mind and has a sizeable bunk and rear and exterior spaces that can be tailored to customers’ needs.

The A-pillars, door and floor structure are all designed, together with the windscreen being bonded in place, to provide the best possible protection for the driver.

The skylight, which floods the cabin with natural light, also doubles as an escape hatch in the event of an accident.

The dashboard has a wrap-around the driver design and the steering wheel comes with a 20-degree neck-tilt to ensure best positioning for drivers of various heights.
