Batman and The Riddler now available in Waze
By JAY WONG | 02 September 2020KUALA LUMPUR: Waze, the GPS navigation software app has partnered with Warner Bros Consumer Products (WBCP) and Detective Comics (DC) to introduce Batman and The Riddler.
From now until Oct 31, users of the app - available for free on Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store, can activate the experience.
Users who choose the Batman experience means that Kevin Conroy will be giving directions and the app will automatically activate "Stealth" mode.
Additionally, the Batman experience will provide the option to change the vehicle icon to the Batmobile and provide users with the Super Hero's Spotify playlist.
Likewise, choosing The Riddler experience (played by Wally Wingert) will allow users to follow the Super Villain's clues, change the vehicle icon to the Riddler's racer and provide a Spotify playlist too.
The Spotify app is a Swedish music streaming and media services provider that's been integrated into Waze as an official Audio Player partner.
Spotify can be downloaded separately for free on Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store.
"We can’t think of a better way to do it than with the first-ever Waze program that features two iconic characters’ Voice navigation, Moods, and Cars. We’re also thrilled to be working with our Audio Player partner, Spotify, to bring the experience to life with fun music for drivers around the world,” said Waze brand programs head Erin Bellsey.
