KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia today introduced four new models in its "dream cars" luxury showcase.
The new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, GLS 450 and AMG S 63 E Performance were launched, while the CLE 300 was previewed.
The Maybach GLS 600 is priced from RM1.9mil (on-the-road without insurance), GLS 450 from RM999,888, and AMG S 63 E Performance from RM2.3mil. The CLE price is estimated at RM526,000.
The showcase will be held from today until April 7 at NZ Wheels Bangsar showroom here. Visitors are invited to view and test-drive the cars after registering their interest.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia had previously organised a similar dream car collection in 2018.
Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4Matic
The GLS 600 is designed to symbolise luxury, combining the robustness of the GLS series with the opulence of Maybach.
Notable for its vertical chrome bars and distinct "Maybach" lettering on its radiator grille, the refreshed vehicle offers a suite of features aimed at enhancing comfort and style, including 23-inch Maybach multi-spoke forged wheels, ambient lighting, and a comprehensive safety package.
The interior boasts Manufaktur leather package, exclusive nappa leather upholstery, and advanced MBUX technology, setting new standards in automotive luxury.

Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 4Matic
The GLS 450, described as the S-Class of SUVs, introduces enhancements in design, technology, and equipment, further elevating the luxury driving experience.
This is a facelift model. Notable features include an updated radiator grille, 22-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels, Magic Vision Control, and ambient lighting.
The spacious cabin is designed to offer unparalleled comfort and sophistication, with nappa leather steering wheel, Exclusive trim package, and the latest MBUX entertainment system.

Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance
The S 63 E Performance is a plug-in hybrid. Its powertrain merges an AMG 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine with a high-performance battery to achieve an acceleration from 0 to 100kph in just 3.3 seconds. The vehicle is equipped with 21-inch AMG cross-spoke forged wheels, a high-performance ceramic composite braking system, and Digital Light, ensuring a balance between dynamic driving and supreme comfort.

Mercedes-Benz CLE 300 4Matic Coupé
As stated earlier, the showcase also previewed the CLE 300 Coupé, a model that stands out for being the first in Malaysia to incorporate the innovative Digital Light with projection function.
Its sporty and elegant design is complemented by advanced technological features, including a fully digital instrument display, touchless MBUX Interior Assistant, and enhanced safety packages.

Apart from these four models in the showcase, visitors can also get re-acquainted with another performance plug-in hybrid — Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance. It made its local debut in May 2023 and is the Affalterbach brand's most powerful production model to date, thanks to technology transfer from Formula 1.
The "F1 Edition" can be recognised at first glance by the paintwork. It is an exclusive combination of the paintwork in non-metallic Manufaktur alpine grey and the foiling with AMG logo and colour gradient from grey to black as well as the red colour accents.
The 21-inch AMG forged wheels in the 5-twin-spoke design, black matt finish, with red rim flange, follow the colour scheme of the wheels of the official FIA F1 Medical Car from Mercedes-AMG.
The RM2.1 million performance car features AMG Aerodynamics package, AMG Exterior Carbon-Fibre package II, AMG Exterior Night package, AMG Night Package II, and AMG Dynamic Plus package. Multibeam LED, rear-axle steering, panoramic sunroof, and power closing are also included.
