WATCH: When a petrol station's underground fuel tank blows up

The incident happened in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and the timestamp on the video that went viral indicated it took place during lunchtime on May 12, 2019.
Several customers were fuelling up their cars nearby when the undergound fuel tank blew up without warning in a fiery blast that caused the concrete floor to cave in.
The terrified customers ran for their lives. The driver of the car nearest the blast site still had the petrol nozzle in his car as he sped off.
Despite the huge explosion, there were no reported casualties. The cause of the explosion was being investigated at the time.
