PETALING JAYA: The BMW X7 was introduced with the launch of the facelifted 7 Series on July 11.
Prior to that, CarSifu had clocked up plenty of air miles to try out the X7 during its international media drive in the United States in early March.
The seven or six-seater SUV X7 xDrive40i Pure Excellence will be available at all authorised dealerships nationwide from September, priced at RM888,800.
Drive comes from a 3.0-litre turbocharged B58 inline-six engine producing 340hp from 5,500 to 6,500rpm and 450Nm of torque from 1,500 to 5,200rpm. The engine is mated to an eight-speed Steptronic sport transmission.
