2023 Audi RS 3 sedan arrives, priced from RM647K
By CARSIFU | 28 March 2023KUALA LUMPUR: The 2023 all-new Audi RS 3 sedan is priced from RM646,990 to RM655,990 with the Audi Assurance package, including duties and sales tax.
In a statement, PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) said the tax exempted RS 3 sedan for Langkawi and Labuan retails at RM315,343.73 (without the Audi Assurance package) and RM324,343.73 (with the Audi Assurance package).
In 2021, the RS 3 sedan dominated the famous Nordschleife track in just 7.40.748 minutes, thus, making it the fastest compact model in the world.
Meanwhile, given its motorsports heritage, the Audi RS 3 sedan offers a sport suspension coupled with the quattro all-wheel drive system.
It draws power from a 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbo engine to deliver 400 PS and 500Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed S tronic transmission, and sprints from 0 to 100kph in just 3.8 seconds.
The 2.5 TFSI engine also won “International Engine of the Year” in nine times in a row.
This is the first Audi ever to include the RS torque splitter, which variably distributes torque between the rear wheels to provide greater lateral dynamics and stability.
The quattro all-wheel drive system ensures optimal traction and handling in any driving condition, distributing power between the front and rear axles to provide the best possible grip on the road.
Additionally, the car's adaptive suspension system offers a smooth ride, with better handling and cornering ability.
As for the bold exterior and widened body, it features accentuated front wings and aggressive air vents, accentuated with signature RS black Audi four rings, singleframe and honeycomb grille.
Darkened Matrix LED headlights offer digital daytime running light signature and RS-specific coming home/leaving home and dynamic light sequences.
The interior is wrapped in black, red or green trim and features Nappa leather sport seats with RS honeycomb stitching and RS-exclusive steering wheel.
The virtual cockpit displays key information about the car's performance, while Audi Drive Select offers different RS-specific driving modes to suit owner preference and road conditions.
Six colour choices are available, namely Kyalami Green, Kemora Grey, Glacier White, Mythos Black, Python Yellow and Daytona Gray.
