SERDANG: The new locally assembled BMW 520i has a RM340,000 estimated price tag (on the road, without insurance) and was unveiled at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024.

With the Easy Drive Financing Plan from BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, customers can also benefit from a RM10,000 cash rebate upon registering for the Easy Drive Financing from now until 30th June.
The new 520i now runs on new 19-inch aerodynamic wheels 934 bicolour grey.
A flattened bottom section, a first for the BMW 5 Series, adds a sporty touch to the steering wheel.
Other notable features include a wireless charging tray, the driver-oriented BMW Curved Display, comprising a 12.3-inch instrument display and a 14.9-inch touchscreen Control Display, and an illuminated BMW Interaction Bar that simplifies control of the air conditioning and other functions.
The iDrive Controller and other elements in the centre console control panel have been redesigned.
The 520i is powered by the revered B48 4-cylinder engine, now in 48V mild hybrid form, a technology previously seen in the BMW X7.
This powertrain delivers 153 kW/208 hp and a torque of 330 Nm – enabling the 520i to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.5 seconds to a top speed of 230 km/h.
The Driving Assistant Plus in the New BMW 520i elevates driving safety and convenience with its comprehensive suite of camera- and radar-based driver assistance systems, including the Active Cruise Control, Steering and Lane Control Assistant, as well as the Lane Departure Warning system.
Exterior colours include Black Sapphire Metallic, Mineral White Metallic, Phytonic Blue Metallic, and Cape York Green Metallic.
Upholstery is offered in two luxurious options, the Veganza Perforated with Quilted Black and the Veganza Perforated with Quilted Espresso Brown.
