2026 Audi Q5 launched: RM353K (Advanced), RM422K (Sportback S line)


KUALA LUMPUR: The all-new Audi Q5 has arrived in two variants, at recommended retail prices of RM352,990 (Advanced), and RM421,990 (Sportback S line).

The Q5 comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage, and five years of free maintenance and five years of roadside assistance.

The Audi Assurance Package (AAP) provides an additional three years of manufacturer warranty coverage (total of five years) or up to 150,000km (whichever occurs first).

The AAP also includes five years/75,000km maintenance service (whichever occurs first) as well as free five years roadside assistance.


PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) managing director Renate Noessler said, "We are confident that the new Q5 family will set a new benchmark in the premium SUV segment in Malaysia."

Under the hood, the Q5 Advanced delivers 199PS from its 2.0-litre TFSI engine while the Q5 Sportback S line elevates performance from the same 2.0-litre TFSI engine with output boosted to 272PS.

Power is channelled through a seven-speed S tronic dual clutch transmission.

Audi Drive Select allows drivers to tailor throttle response, steering weight and suspension characteristics.

The sportier suspension of the Q5 Sportback S line tuning sharpens agility.

The legendary quattro permanent all-wheel drive system ensures optimal traction and handling.


The Q5 Advanced silhouette is defined by sculpted contours, while 19-inch, 10-Arm Aero wheels and Advanced grille trim and bumper reinforce its quiet elegance.

Meanwhile, the Q5 Sportback S line introduces a dramatic and dynamic coupe silhouette to the lineup.

Its sweeping roofline and expressive S line grille trim, including the S line emblem on the sides and seats, and S line bumper makes a statement, further enhanced by 20-inch Audi Sport wheels in a 5-twin-spoke twist design and red brake callipers.

Both Q5 variants are available in bold metallic colours: Grenadine Red, Mythos Black and Glacier White.

The Q5 Sportback S line also comes in Daytona Grey Pearl and District Green Metallic, while the Q5 Advanced offers the option of Navarra Blue and Tambora Grey.


The Q5 family features state-of-the-art lighting technology.

The Matrix LED headlights provide precise and adaptive illumination of the road ahead, without dazzling other road users.

Both variants are equipped with LED Rear Lights Pro, with the Q5 Sportback S line offered with a Next Generation Projection Brake Light, projecting a warning signal onto the rear window when braking, and alerting following drivers.

Both variants feature heat-insulating windows, with the Q5 Sportback S line variant including seat ventilation.

The Audi Q5 Advanced features an elegant interior with Lime Sediment Natural inlays.

Meanwhile, the Q5 Sportback S line offers Carbon Micro Twill inlays and a flat-bottom spots S line steering wheel.


The Q5 comes with a curved 14.5-inch OLED MMI panoramic display in the cockpit.

The Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus provides a fully digital 11.9-inch instrument cluster with customisable displays.

The MMI touchscreen offers intuitive control over navigation, media, and vehicle settings, with haptic feedback.

The new Audi Assistant, powered by ChatGPT, elevates every drive with natural and intuitive voice control.

With Audi Connect, the Q5 is always within reach. Locate it, lock or unlock, check its status, and get theft alerts — all on a smartphone.


Wireless fast chargers are also included with adaptive cooling. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both available.

The Q5 also features four fast-charging Type C charging ports in the front and rear, with the Q5 Sportback S line supporting charging capacities of up to 60 watts in the front and up to 100 watts in the rear.

The Q5 Sportback S line is fitted with Head-up Display which places essential car and navigation information on the windscreen directly in the driver’s line of sight.

The Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System, powered by Fraunhofer’s Symphoria technology brings exceptional surround-sound.

The Q5 Advanced offers 520 litres of luggage capacity, expanding to 1,473 litres with the rear seats folded.


With the hands-free trunk opening system, users need only perform a quick in-and-out kicking motion under the centre of the rear bumper to open the boot, guided by a projection light
on the bottom left.

The Q5 Sportback S line has up to 515 litres of luggage space, extending to 1,415 litres when reconfigured.

Both variants are equipped with a comprehensive safety package of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

As standard, the models come with Audi Pre Sense which provides proactive occupant protection and anticipates critical situations.

Also included are Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitoring with Exit Warning, Lane Departure Warning and Surround View 360-degree cameras.

Rear Occupant Detection is also in place, designed to alert the driver if a rear passenger, such as younger children, remains in the vehicle after exiting.
