The new generation fuel was developed from five years of intensive research and tests involving 150 fuel scientists.
Aside from providing 15km of extra drive per tank, the New + Improved Shell FuelSave 95 also comes with deposit targeting technology to provide deeper cleaning for a cleaner engine.

Suitable for new, old and hybrid cars, the new fuel will also protect critical engine parts and fuel lines from corrosion and future build-ups of performance-robbing deposits.
Shell Malaysia general manager of Mobility, Malaysia, Seow Lee Ming, said the new formulation allowed Shell customers to enjoy longer uninterrupted drives per tank.
“We want to continue to be our customers’ preferred partner on the road – fuelling them whether it is a drive to work, a weekend grocery trip or a Cuti-Cuti Malaysia road trip with their families and friends,” she said.

In conjunction with the introduction of the new fuel, Shell also launched the ‘Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge 2023’ which seeks to uncover one Malaysian who clocked the best fuel economy with the New + Improved Shell FuelSave 95.
The grand finale winner after the nationwide search will walk home with RM20,000 cash prize.
From March 1 to April 30, Shell with its partners Visa and BonusLink will be giving a chance to 150 Malaysians to win 15 months of free fuel when they pump RM50 of the New & Improved Shell FuelSave 95.
