STUTTGART: Mercedes-Benz and adidas continue their collaborative journey with the adidas Samba OG x Mercedes-Benz shoe, available online and in selected adidas stores from Oct 13.
The limited-edition shoe was announced in late January, when Mercedes-Benz kicked off its activities for the anniversary year “140 Years of Innovation” with the world premiere of the S-Class.
With the adidas Samba, the partners pick up a model that has been a beloved classic for decades.
The shoe’s upper reflects the diamond stitching of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class interior, while the iconic Mercedes-Benz logo is emblazoned across the tongue.
Available in monochromatic tones of Magic Beige, Grey Five and Black, the collaboration celebrates innovation and craftsmanship.

While Mercedes-Benz has been shaping mobility for 140 years, adidas has shaped the world of sports and lifestyle for generations.
The collaborative adidas Samba OG x Mercedes-Benz shoe showcases this blend of tradition and progress and brings the strengths of both brands to life in a new way.
Born on the football pitch, the adidas Samba has evolved into a global style icon.
The adidas Samba OG x Mercedes-Benz brings this enduring legacy together with signature elements from both brands.
“As Mercedes-Benz celebrates 140 years of innovation, we are proud to partner with adidas, another brand that has been inspiring generations around the world for decades," said Mercedes-Benz AG vice president digital and communications and investor relations Christina Schenck.
"What unites us is a shared passion for iconic design, innovation and creating experiences that people truly connect with. Together, we are building a strategic partnership that will bring our communities closer and create new opportunities for customers and fans around the world.”
Having travelled nearly 65,000km across six continents on their global “140 Years. 140 Places.” journey, the three new S-Class vehicles ‘Bertha’, ‘Carl’ and ‘Gottlieb’ are making a special stop at Mercedes-Benz partner adidas in Herzogenaurach, home to the company’s global headquarters, on Oct 13.
The visit marks the start of the final leg of their world tour as they head back to Stuttgart for the grand finale on Oct 17.
