All JPJ-related services will be available on MYJPJ app by 2025

MELAKA: All Road Transport Department (JPJ) related services are expected to be available on the MyJPJ application by 2025, said the JPJ director-general.
Datuk Rospiagos Taha said that the target was in line with the department’s goal to digitalise its services fully by 2025.
"However, it all depends on how well the system built on the MyJPJ application works,” he told reporters after officiating the JPJ Officer Basic Training Course 2023 graduation parade today.
According to Rospiagos, currently, the public can use the app to access some JPJ-related services, such as checking the status of their driver’s licence, LKM, summonses, or demerit points.
"We are in an interim phase and are implementing a pilot project for the renewal of motor vehicle licences and driver’s licences among JPJ staff to assess the application and system stability."
