Allianz offers windscreen replacement on-the-go

KUALA LUMPUR: Since the launch of Allianz Windscreen Replacement On-the-Go service in 2020, Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Bhd has served more than 2,500 customers.
Initially launched in the Klang Valley in June 2020, this solution provides Allianz Motor Private Car Comprehensive policyholders with a convenient, hassle-free service with zero documentation required.
It offers replacement or repair for cracked and damaged windscreens at the customer’s location or their location of choice.
Since May 2022, the service is available in major cities across Malaysia.
Allianz General's Windscreen Replacement On-the-Go also provides a seamless, cashless experience, featuring genuine glass replacements and a lifetime warranty.
The service, accessible by calling 1800-22-5542, ensures that customers receive swift assistance without requiring lengthy paperwork.
Allianz-branded service cars are dispatched to the customer’s location or location of choice within an hour, significantly reducing wait times and simplifying the repair process.
Allianz General chief claims officer Damian Williams emphasised the customer-first philosophy driving the service's success.
"Our Windscreen Replacement On-the-Go service is designed with our customers' convenience and safety as the top priority. The expansion of this service to more cities underscores our unwavering commitment to providing quick, reliable solutions whenever and wherever our customers need them."
