Aston Martin Residences Miami opens

MIAMI: Aston Martin has recently completed its first real estate venture, the Aston Martin Residences Miami, in collaboration with G&G Business Developments.

The residential building was officially opened on April 30 at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami, coinciding with the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix week.

Positioned on Miami’s waterfront, the structure has sold 99% of its 391 condominiums prior to completion.

The development was designed by Aston Martin's design team and architect Rodolfo Miani from Bodas Mian Anger (BMA).

The building features a sail-shaped design that mirrors its marina setting and offers expansive views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, and the city skyline.

The interiors and common areas reflect Aston Martin’s design ethos and are centered around the brand’s characteristics of beauty, craftsmanship, and timelessness.

Aston Martin chief creative officer Marek Reichman said the project aims to set a high standard in luxury residential design globally. He noted that this venture allows Aston Martin to expand into the ultra-luxury sector, attracting both existing customers and new clientele.

The Aston Martin Residences boast a range of luxury amenities spread over four levels, including a two-floor fitness centre, art gallery, movie theatres, a virtual golf simulator, a business center, a kids playroom, and a full-service spa. An infinity pool located on the 55th floor offers panoramic views of the surroundings, alongside a sky bar, lounge, and chef’s kitchen.

The building's design, according to Reichman, incorporates curvilinear glass and steel, stretching 66 stories high, making it the tallest all-residential building south of New York City.

It includes seven penthouses with private pools and terraces, and a range of one to five-bedroom residences and duplexes. A unique triplex penthouse crowns the development, offering 27,191 square feet of living space.

Residents have access to a superyacht marina and a 24/7 private butler service.

For interior customisation, three design collections are available, allowing residents to personalise their homes to reflect Aston Martin’s design heritage and luxury.

The condo units have an average price of around US$5 million to US$59 million. The buyer for  the US$59 million three-floor triplex penthouse will get a US$3.2 million limited edition Vulcan race car thrown into the deal.

Following this project, Aston Martin continues to expand its design projects globally, including the Sylvan Rock residential estate in New York and the first Aston Martin-designed home in Asia, located in No. 001 Minami Aoyama, Tokyo, Japan.
