KUALA LUMPUR: Aveta Motor Malaysia's Care on Wheels mobile service programme has been improved upon with its network expanded to reinforce their commitment to local riders.
The company has integrated selected Preferred Plus dealers into the mobile service network which brings professional aftersales care closer to their customers by reducing downtime and improving peace of mind throughout the ownership journey.
Under the expanded network, KW Keat Wei Motor will support riders across Kedah, including Alor Setar, with coverage extending to Perlis.
CKT Motor will then serve riders from Sungai Petani and surrounding areas, across Penang and Perak.
In the south, NG Brothers Motor will support riders in Southern Johor, covering areas from Simpang Renggam up to Johor Bahru and nearby areas.
Their mobile aftersales fleet itself, with the support of Preferred Plus dealers, has been expanded to a total of six units across Peninsular Malaysia.
It is an expansion that see Aveta's coverage grow on a nationwide scale in addition to their in-house mobile service team which continues to support the Central Region, Malacca, and the East Coast.
Aveta Motor Malaysia group managing director Steven Lim said the expansion of Aveta Care on Wheels is ultimately about their customers across the nation with the understanding that ownership goes beyond the purchase of a motorcycle.
"It’s about the confidence and support riders receive every day after. We’re making our services more accessible, responsive, and more aligned with what our customers truly need by working closely with our Preferred Plus dealers," Lim explained.
Mobile aftersales support and courtesy bike services are now available across all participating dealers within the covered regions.
