In Thailand, it is offered in four grades, namely Yaris Sport priced at 559,000 baht (RM72,553), Smart at 619,000 baht (RM80.341), Premium at 679,000 baht (RM88,128) and the flagship Premium S at 694,000 baht (RM90,075).
The Yaris is powered by a 1.2-litre four-cylinder DOHC engine with VVT-iE (variable valve timing - intelligent by electric motor) which produces 92ps at 6,00rpm and 109Nm of torque at 4,400rpm, paired to a Super CVT-i gearbox.
All variants get 186/60 R15 tyres.
The top two variants get extra kit like blind spot monitor (BSM), rear cross traffic alert (RCTA ), pre-collision system (PCS), lane departure alert (LDA), and a panoramic view monitor.
