LONDON: Bentley has announced that the first of a limited run on 15 examples of its Pikes Peak Continental GT by Mulliner has been built at its carbon-neutral factory in Crewe, England.

This particular model celebrates the record-breaking run of a standard Continental GT at the famous 19.83km Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in 2019 that bettered the record by 8.488 seconds at 10 minutes and 18.488 seconds.

The limited-edition model features exclusive Radium by Mulliner paintwork, a carbon fibre body kit, Acid Green brake disc callipers, and Pirelli P Zero Colour Edition Tyres with 35% of the allocated vehicles including the optional mountain decal - the same as the record-holding vehicle.

It rolls on standard Gloss Black 22-inch Mulliner Driving Specification wheels with an optional ‘100’ grille is a reminder that the Continental GT’s impressive hill climb achievement took place in Bentley’s centenary year.

The steering wheel features a honeycomb stitching design and a centre stripe both in Radium, as per the Pikes Peak GT race car.

There's also the Pikes Peak embroidery for the seat's headrests in Radium stitching, Radium contrast binding on the over mats and Pikes Peak treadplates, deep pile over mats and Front Seat Comfort Specification before getting fitted with a Bentley Rotating Display.

Deciding now to purchase one of the 15 units will net buyers with disappointment since all have already been spoken for with deliveries scheduled to begin in September across the globe.
