BFGoodrich Cross Control.
PETALING JAYA: BFGoodrich has set its sights on the truck tyre segment with its BFGoodrich Route Control and BFGoodrich Cross Control range of truck tyres.
They are priced from RM409 to RM983. BFGoodrich Route Control is available in the following sizes: 295/80R22.5, 11R22.5 and 7.00R16. BFGoodrich Cross Control is available in 7.50R16.
The truck and bus segment in Malaysia is estimated to be between 1 million to 1.5 million tyres per annum. The intermediate segment in which BFGoodrich participates accounts for 30% to 50% of the segment.
BFGoodrich Route Control is suitable for regional and highway application and has been designed with even-pressure contact patch to fight irregular wear and excellent traction in the wet.
BFGoodrich Cross Control is a tyre range suitable for on/offroad and has been designed to fight cuts, tears and abrasions, confer a firm grip on gravel, dirt and asphalt as well as toughen up to resist bumps and bruises.
BFGoodrich made a comeback to Malaysia early this year with the introduction of passenger car tyres.
