KUALA LUMPUR: The new all-electric BMW iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro has been unveiled by BMW Group Malaysia, and is priced on the road, without insurance at RM487,800.
The price tag comes to RM522,700 with BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (consists of the five-year extended warranty and service package).
With the Easy Drive Financing from BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, the new BMW iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro can be owned with a monthly instalment starting from RM6,267.
The monthly instalments are based on 80% loan on a five-year tenure with a rebate of RM8,000, as well as free replacement car programme and BMW first-year comprehensive motor insurance rebate of RM5,000.
Meanwhile, with the Straight-Line Financing, customers can own the New BMW iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro at a monthly instalment plan starting from RM5,755.
The monthly instalments are based on estimates of an 80% loan on a seven-year tenure.
Customers can also enjoy BMW Protection+ Insurance & Replacement Car Programme when financing with BMW Easy Drive.
BMW Protection+ offers comprehensive coverage accidental death or permanent disability benefits, vehicle break-in coverage, hire purchase loan repayment protection, and guaranteed asset protection (GAP).
Additional benefits include key care, special relief in case of total loss or theft, rim damage coverage, compassionate flood cover, and scratch & dent protection.
The new all-wheel-drive iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro, with its 400kW (544hp) and 765Nm of torque, sprints from 0 to 100kph in just 4.6 seconds, onwards to a top speed of 200kph.
Travel range is up to 701km (WLTP cycle), thanks to its larger 111.5 kWh gross battery capacity.
A maximum DC charging rate of 195kW delivers up to 217km in added range after just 10 minutes.
It also supports AC charging at 22kW.
On the new iX, the kidney grille now features diagonal lines and a more delicate look.
It is enhanced by BMW Iconic Glow, which pulsates when the vehicle doors are opened or closed, marking the feature’s first appearance in this model.
The new adaptive LED headlights with high beam assistant have also been updated with two angled lights on each side of the vehicle, providing enhanced visibility while minimising glare.
There is an expanded exterior mirror package.
The new M Sport Package Pro includes diamond-polished 22-inch M aerodynamic wheels in 1025 M Multicolour 3D polished buff with red Sport brakes and M Lights Shadowline, while the M Aerodynamics package sharpens the vehicle’s contours at the front and rear.
Inside, there are ambient lighting and a Panorama glass roof Sky Lounge, as well as an 18-speaker, 655-watt Harman Kardon surround sound system, while the BMW Live Cockpit Professional provides intuitive access to navigation, entertainment, and vehicle settings.
Yhe BMW IconicSounds Electric further enhance the driving experience.
Also, multifunctional seats for the driver, Comfort Access System, storage for wireless charging and automatic air conditioning with 4-zone control are standard kit.
The standard M Sport Pro package includes the M emblem on the instrument panel, M multifunctional seats wrapped in Sensatec M upholstery in Black and Alcantara in Atlas Grey and accented with coloured M stripes.
The package also includes the round M leather steering wheel, with its three spokes and Dark Silver accents, Dark Silver trim finishers and anthracite headliner.
The armrests and instrument panel are also wrapped in Sensatec M upholstery in Black and Alcantara in Atlas Grey.
Smoked lights at the front and rear make for an even more dynamic look.
The interior can alternatively be furnished with Interior Design Suite.
Meanwhile, luggage capacity is 500 litres, expandable up to 1,750 litres.
The BMW Digital Key Plus includes a physical key, Setup Card, and Service Card for easy installation and setup.
With the Setup Card, users can quickly activate the Digital Key Plus by holding it near their smartphone or scanning a QR code.
The Digital Key Plus allows drivers to share up to 18 digital keys with others, setting specific roles and limits, such as speed or acceleration, ideal for novice drivers.
Additionally, it enables vehicle functions through the My BMW app.
The Service Card ensures a simple transition back to a physical key when needed for service or breakdowns.
Other features include Driving Assistant Professional and Parking Assistant Plus.
Exterior colours include Black Sapphire, Mineral White, Arctic Race Blue, Aventurine Red and Dune Grey.
Separately, it is available in M Carbon Black, while its interior is available in Interior Design Suite Amido, Interior Design Suite Castanea and M Sport Interior Design Black/Atlas Grey.
