BMW Premium Selection with new aftersales programmes

KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Group Malaysia has introduced a new after-sales programme for owners of BMW Premium Selection (BPS) vehicles in Malaysia.

The all-new BPS Worry-Free Package will offer customers new warranty and service extension packages.

The new Extended Warranty Programme (EWP) – underwritten by Allianz General Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd, offers customers an additional two-year limited warranty coverage on top of the existing five-year warranty.

Starting September 2023, customers now have the option to purchase a comprehensive two-year warranty package – instead of the standard one-year package – and are required to service their vehicle only at local BMW Authorised Dealerships to maintain the validity of the EWP.

Customers can also refer the package pricing by model variant by visiting authorised BMW Premium Selection dealerships.

With the optional BMW Service Inclusive (BSI) package offered by BMW Malaysia, customers can enjoy an additional year of quality servicing for their sixth and seventh year of vehicle ownership, fostering confidence that their BMW Certified Used Car will continue to be cared for by expert BMW technicians with pricing starting from RM 5,300.

An upcoming website enhancement for the BMW Premium Selection official site will be available later this year at https://www.bmwpremiumselection.com.my/ with a new minimalist appearance.

The enhancement will bring with it more interactive and educational materials, including information on owning Certified Used BEVs and a dedicated BEV classified.
