SHAH ALAM: The new Toyota Camry is set to debut at the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS) 2018 later this month, but pre-bookings are now open for the model.

Available only in 2.5l-form, the new Camry is priced at RM189,900.

It is powered by the same engine as before but it has been tweaked to make 4hp more at 182hp and 235Nm of torque at 4,100rpm. Transmission remains a 6-speed automatic.



The car is now bigger in every way and has a longer wheelbase, and is lowered to confer a sporty stance.

The Camry is based on the Toyota New Global Architecture and is loaded with safety features such as Pre-collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Steering Assist, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control as well as Automatic High Beam.

The Camry comes with a 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage.
