KUALA LUMPUR: BYD's first electric vehicle (EV) in Malaysia - the Atto 3 - has racked up some 1,000 bookings in the first two weeks of its recent launch.
The Atto 3 sports utility vehicle (SUV) is available in two variants, priced from RM149,800 for the Standard Range and RM167,800 for the Extended Range.
Built on BYD’s advanced e-platform 3.0 and equipped with intelligence, efficient, unrivalled safety and avantgarde aesthetics, the Atto 3 delivers a battery range up to 480km on a single charge.

Sime Darby Motors Malaysia retail & distribution managing director Jeffrey Gan said the positive response was highly encouraging with interest from across consumer segments.
