By appointment aftersales services during CMCO at central Malaysia TC Subaru outlets

By CARSIFU | 16 October 2020

KUALA LUMPUR: TC Subaru, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in Malaysia, will open its branches in central Malaysia for servicing, maintenance and repairs by appointment only from Oct 14 to 27.

This measure is to comply with the latest conditional movement control order (CMCO) and to ensure all Subaru operations stay safe.

Customers who want to service or repair their vehicles at Subaru Kuala Lumpur, Subaru Cheras and Subaru Petaling Jaya are required to contact the branches and confirm an appointment slot before heading down.

The company will not be able to welcome walk-ins during this period.

For customers who had scheduled test drives or have outstanding paperwork to complete, sales consultants from the respective branches will be contacting them to reschedule their appointments or arrange for alternative solutions such as digital transactions.

Subaru Kota Kinabalu remains closed until Oct 20.

TC Subaru has also implemented enhanced cleaning and safe distancing measures in its branches.

They include compulsory use of face masks and temperature checks, provision of contact details for contact tracing, checking-in, sanitising of vehicles, work equipment and work areas, limited number of visitors to eight at any one time and social distancing markers.
