Chery Malaysia officially launches owners' club

PETALING JAYA: To help bring owners of the Chery brand in Malaysia closer, the China-based automaker has officially launched its owners' club.

Dubbed "With Chery With Love," the club was launched at Jiospace here.

Former national shuttler and triple Olympic silver medal winner Datuk Lee Chong Wei was the guest of honour.

Also present at the event were Chery Malaysia senior branding, marketing and public relations manager Celeste Lim and Chery International marketing manager Crystal Zhang.

The club will help to create a community where owners can connect through the sharing of experiences and/or provide support for the less informed, among others.

Every new owner of a Chery vehicle will automatically be made a member of the newly formed community.

The seven-seater Tiggo 8 Pro with a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine is available as a single variant and is priced on the road without insurance at RM159,800.
